We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teachers for the upcoming academic year, starting in September 2024. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, organise, and present engaging, challenging lessons for students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Evaluate, document, and communicate student growth, achievement, and progress.
  • Preserve order in the classroom by managing it constructively and with a laser-like focus.
  • Participate in curriculum-related activities and contribute to the curriculum's development in schools.
  • At parents' evenings and other gatherings, provide guardians and parents feedback on their child's growth.
  • Remain informed about any modifications or advancements made to the curriculum's structure.
  • Serve as a mentor to students, offering assistance and direction for both their academic and personal growth.

Qualifications and skills needed:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
  • Have 2 proven professional references.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one.
  • A degree in a pertinent field of study.
  • Experience instructing secondary school students.
  • Proficiency in the national curriculum of the United Kingdom.
  • Outstanding classroom administration abilities.
  • The capacity to establish a setting that stimulates curiosity and learning.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Dedication to lifelong learning and professional development.
