Are you looking to progress in your Financial Services career? Do you have brilliant organisation skills and are looking to develop your professional skillset in a varied and fast-paced role?

Juice is excited to be supporting a well-known Financial Services Company based in Bath City Centre, in their search for multiple Administrators to join their friendly team.

You'll play an essential role within their operational teams, responsible for the seamless processing of high volumes of instructions while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role will see you processing new investments and providing crucial administrative support across our diverse range of third parties.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Processing applications and support the wider team with administrative duties.
  • Dealing with requests from Financial Advisors.
  • Ensuring all application processes are accurate and complete, meeting daily deadlines.
  • Liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation e.g. banks and building societies.
  • Data cleansing of systems and client databases as and when required.
  • To participate in team projects as and when required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in Financial Services or a similar regulated environment is desirable
  • Excellent customer-facing and customer service abilities
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable interest in economics and financial services
  • Highly organised with great communication skills
  • IT Literate
