Our client are an independent Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly Sales team in Barking.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to excel in the property industry who will play a crucial role in property transactions, building good client relationships and ensuring successful house completions.
Some responsibilities but not limited:
- Booking and attending viewings
- Generating market appraisals
- Converting market appraisals into listings
- Dealing with all sales enquiries by email, face to face and telephone
- Registering and matching applications to properties
- Recording viewing feedback and communicating between all necessary parties
- Negotiating offers between purchasers and vendor
- Build strong relationships between sellers and buyers
- Sales progression
- Provide exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Marketing of properties
- Canvassing for new business and increasing market share
Skills & experience:
- 3 years Estate Agency experience
- Target driven attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite and well spoken
- Must be highly driven and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 pa (3 month guarantee offered)
OTE £40,000
28 Days holiday included Bank holidays
