Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager.

You will join us on a 3-month temporary contract. There may be an opportunity for this contract to be extended. Inreturn, you will receive a competitive salary of £34,272 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Office Manager role:

Based primarily at our Bethnal Green Head Office, your role will involve leading a small team to ensure key objectives are delivered, while also identify and imbedding new service improvements across the organisation.

You will manage key relationships such as Board of Trustees, service users, CEO and senior management team, services, head office contractors at various locations, and members of the public.

You will be responsible for taking minutes of key business meetings i.e. EDI, Audit & Finance committee, Compliance & Quality meeting, Quality Committee, Office logistics (project planning), including maintenance work. Update our intranet and website. Liaise with external providers such as printers, and IT support providers.

From time to time, it may be necessary for the post-holder to work late or to attend the office out of normal hours, for example to take minutes at an evening board meeting.

Good planning skills, ability to work across several task-based projects and maintain good customer service skills supporting our reception team.

Skills and experience of our ideal Office Manager:

You'll be an experienced manager who can motivate staff and support a culture of ‘can do' attitude.

You will model Vibrance leadership behaviours, so that others are able to see these behaviours in your commitment to do your best at work.

You will be organised and work with accountability and ownership of long- and short-term projects.

Some of your staff team are supported employees. As such, we are looking to employ a manager with experience of working with and coaching/mentoring people with a learning disability.

In- line with Vibrance Values into Actions the post-holder will respond positively and patiently to the special need requirements of the Reception Team.

Strong ICT skills are a must have to help resolve ICT challenges alongside our IT support team across all Vibrance office locations.
