Empowering Learning are currently recruiting ICT Technician to work with pupils with learning difficulties in Hillingdon. They are seeking experienced Teaching Assistant's with a background of supporting pupils with Complex Needs, Autism or learning difficulties. The successful candidate will be supporting pupils in class. The ideal person will be able to Operate computer systems and assist with the ICT within the schools The school would like a positive and versatile person, with a keen interest in supporting pupils of different learning levels. For the right person the school is happy to take you through teacher training for you to become a qualified teacher.
The role starts in September 2024
Job Responsibilities
- Able to work with groups or support within the classroom
- Supporting pupils with Complex Needs, Autism & Learning Difficulties
- Supervising and operating ICT
- Supervising pupils' behaviour
- Encourage, engage and support pupils with their learning & development
Job Requirements
- Adaptable and willing to work with different primary age groups
- Willing to support children with learning difficulties and disabilities
- Valid DBS registered with the online update service or be prepared to apply for a new DBS
- Have a qualification in ICT
- Available 5 days a week
- Able to commit to a long term to permanent role.
