Reed Accountancy is currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join our truly globally recognised client's growing finance team.
This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset. The successful candidate will be eager to grow their accounting knowledge and pursue further qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA. Day-to-day of the role:
- Analyse and process large data sets with precision.
- Develop accounting knowledge in tandem with professional studies.
- Provide excellent internal customer service, addressing queries from stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritise tasks effectively, demonstrating good organisational skills.
- Utilise intermediate Excel skills for various financial tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Desire to learn and develop within the field of accounting.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise workload.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Interest in pursuing AAT, CIMA, or ACCA qualifications is desirable.
- Graduates with an Accounting & Finance degree (or similar) are encouraged to apply.
