Position Overview
Maintain a safe and enjoyable swimming environment. This role is flexible and you can pick up shifts in and around your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Monitoring: Supervise pool activities to ensure the safety of all users.
- Pool Testing: Conduct regular tests to ensure water quality meets health and safety standards.
- Emergency Response: React promptly to emergencies and provide necessary assistance.
- Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and perform regular safety checks around the pool area.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
