Robertson Bell are partnering with a well-known charity who are looking for a dedicated individual to join their Systems Administration team for a 6-month assignment. This role is critical in supporting user queries as the organisation begins training users on the new financial planning module of Unit 4, and enters a busy period of the budgeting cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line customer service support for initial user queries.
- Identify frequently asked questions to be collated into an ongoing manual.
- Support users by offering guidance and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth system implementation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven ability to deliver 1st line customer service support.
- Experience with post-system implementation support
- Proficient in training users online, one-to-one, or in small groups.
- Experience with Unit 4 is highly desirable.
