Lutine Bell are a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Sussex. We work with a range of financial services companies across the UK & Europe, providing specialist senior recruitment solutions within the Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance and Legal sectors.
We are excited to move into our brand-new, state-of-the-art office this September. Our new office is six times larger than our previous space and boasts numerous breakout areas, interview rooms, board meeting rooms, a bar, and plenty of fun amenities. Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of creating a supportive and efficient work environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing company events.
- Facilities Management:Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office, including liaising with service providers and contractors.
- Onboarding:collaborate with our internal recruitment department to facilitate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they have all necessary resources and support to integrate smoothly into the team.
- Health & Safety:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all employees.
- Communication:Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Event Coordination:Organize and coordinate Lutine Bell's events, meetings, and social activities, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Requirements:
- 24 months+ experience in office management or a similar administrative role, experience in the staffing or sales industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
