Full job description
Role: Ofsted Registered Manager
Location: North east, Newton Aycliffe
Pay: £40,000
We are seeking an experienced and passionate OFSTED Registered Manager, for our children's service. The candidate should be motivated and dedicated to delivering a quality service. Working as a Registered Manager you must be willing to go above and beyond for the needs of the young people and lead your team.
The candidate will either need to have already completed, or be willing to complete, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
The candidate would need to go through the Ofsted registration process and be interviewed by Ofsted to be become legally responsible.
The Registered manager will be working alongside other Registered Manager peers. This would be a full time role (40 hours per week). You'll be based in the office but expected to visit homes regularly. You would be required to be 'on call' . You would be managing a large staff team which is in a period of growth you will be supported by package managers who are responsible for day to day co-ordination of packages.
