Working in partnership, my client is looking to recruit a proactive and professional Customer Service Administrator to join their dedicated team in Melksham. You will support the business by providing top-quality service to their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all queries
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Receiving and processing customer orders
  • Update and maintain the in-house CRM system
  • General Administration

Skills & Expereince:

  • Previous sales order processing expereince is essential
  • Previous customer service expereince is essential
  • Professional & polite telephone manner
  • Proactive & engaging approach
  • Excellent communication & organisation skills
