Education Manager

This prestigious not for profit organisation that provides courses and qualifications for professionals in their sector, is looking to recruit a Registry Manager to oversee operations for their Registry functions and to provide support and advice to students throughout their courses.

Your responsibilities will include:-

  • providing a professional point of contact both face to face and via phone and email for students
  • managing complaints and appeals, providing well-being support
  • working with key stakeholders to improve and review administrative processes - admissions, enrolments, timetabling, record keeping, reporting
  • providing advice on processes, policies and regulations
  • supporting committees and examination boards including agendas, papers, minutes
  • line management of the team

Ideally you will have:-

  • experience in student administration and support
  • experience of working in a HE role involving student interaction
  • ability to understand complex regulations and policies and to communicate these effectively
  • an understanding data quality
  • experience of managing a team
