This prestigious not for profit organisation that provides courses and qualifications for professionals in their sector, is looking to recruit a Registry Manager to oversee operations for their Registry functions and to provide support and advice to students throughout their courses.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- providing a professional point of contact both face to face and via phone and email for students
- managing complaints and appeals, providing well-being support
- working with key stakeholders to improve and review administrative processes - admissions, enrolments, timetabling, record keeping, reporting
- providing advice on processes, policies and regulations
- supporting committees and examination boards including agendas, papers, minutes
- line management of the team
Ideally you will have:-
- experience in student administration and support
- experience of working in a HE role involving student interaction
- ability to understand complex regulations and policies and to communicate these effectively
- an understanding data quality
- experience of managing a team
