Finance and Order Administrator required to join our client in Huddersfield on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience of inputting both sales and purchase orders along with exposure to purchasing goods, chasing up deliveries and ledger transactions in a similar role and must be able to work effectively on their own, or as part of a team.
**Finance Administrator
Position Overview
- Processing Sales and Purchase orders to agreed procedures and timescales
- Licensing including dispatching undertaken in a timely manner
- All outstanding goods to be chased by utilising all communication channels e.g., email/phone
- All deliveries to be processed in accordance with agreed procedures
- Stock levels checked to utilise existing stock before ordering new stock
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date
- Stores Administration
- Stock Taking
- Update contracts for new services
- Process sales invoices
- Cover Finance admin as required
**Finance Administrator
Position Requirements
- 2 years' experience of purchasing and ordering experience
- Accounts knowledge/awareness
- Stock Management and stores exposure
- Excel skills with min of hyperlinks
- Experience of chasing suppliers
- Ability to work on own initiative with little or no direction.
- Computer literate with a good level of knowledge of Microsoft applications

Position Remuneration
- £25,000 - £28,000
- 8:15am - 5:15pm
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
