Kenton Black Finance are supporting a business based in the Salford area who have been operating for over 30 years. The company provide a professional team who specialise in bespoke installations, fit outs and refurbishment. They are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work on a part-time and permanent basis. Ideally you would be able to work circa 27 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday. Flexible working hours are an option, and Friday would be your day off.
Your new job as the Finance Administrator:
Helping the Finance Manager with the following:
- Match purchase invoices to POs
- Monthly statements - suppliers
- Input all purchase invoices
- Wages
- Holiday / absent log per employee and issue forms
- Vehicles - MOT, service etc
- Utilities
- IT - help with laptops / phones
- Assisting the MD as and when required
Experience and Skills required to apply:
- Communication
- Take on ownership
- Organised
- Reliable
- Excel (basic) / Word
- Sage 50 (experience of using Sage 50 would be advantageous)
Salary and Reward on offer:
- A salary of up to £30,000

- Yearly bonus scheme paid out in December
