Element Recruitment are exclusively working with a forward thinking and growing, regional Accounting Firm to hire a Head of Practice / UK Managing Director
Working closely with the owner of the business, who has grown the business to a strong client base and c.£500k of revenue, this practice are now looking to take the next step in their journey. This will be a hands on, leadership and delivery role, supporting the growth of the firm and overseeing the accurate outputs of the established team.
You will be a qualified, chartered accountant with strong wide ranging accounting experience, with a good degree of exposure to client management and liaison. You will consider yourself to be a hands on, proactive individual who will have the appetite and agility to take this business forward and target double digit growth.
Based near Bath, this role will require 3 days per week in the office, with a salary of up to c.£80k plus equity, with the ultimate opportunity of an MBO sought in future.
