Human Resources Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced CIPD / masters degree in HR qualified HR Professional to take over the people lead for this prestigious business. Managing a busy HR function you will have a headcount of approx. 150 staff.

This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or an experienced HR professional looking to take that next step into HR Management.

  • *** THIS ROLE IS NOT HYBRID***

As a fully generalist role day-to-day duties will include managing all core HR departmental areas, including

Payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, UK recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.

  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, including health and safety rules
  • Managing employee relations and conducting conflict management and resolution
  • Enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures
  • Engaging in project management to devise new HR strategies
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Management team regarding organization and management Issues, coaching Managers on performance management issues and processes.
  • Recruitment and retention: Develop and implement recruiting and retention plans for the UK organisation.
  • Learning and development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.
  • Policy and Procedures: Manage all HR documents. Create, maintain, and update confidential HR records, Contracts, policies, and associated documentation.
  • Sponsorship responsibilities
  • Reward: develop, review, and maintain compensation and benefits plans for the organization.
  • Manage the UK car fleet.

Person specification and background

  • Min 5 years HR Generalist experience
  • A professional and commercial approach to HR
  • CIPD Graduate / master's degree in human resources
  • Excellent skills in leadership, communication, presentation, and strategic analysis
  • Experience in operating and building effective relationships in a cross functional work
