You will be joining an established organisation with the aim of helping learners achieve their potential in English, Maths, and IT, guiding them towards further training or employment.
Role Summary
- Support learners and employers in achieving Functional Skills Individual Learning Programmes
- Use initial assessments and diagnostics to gauge learner capability and engagement.
- Design, implement, and update Individual Learning Plans
- Prepare and review session plans for Functional Skills Maths and English
- Deliver remote teaching sessions for groups and one-on-one.
- Identify and support individual learner needs, working with ALN/SEN colleagues.
Salary scale
This is a permanent , full-time position with a salary scale of £24,325 - £28,350 per annum (based on experience).
Working hours
37 hours per week.
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am - 5 pm
- Friday: 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
