Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Our client, a leading organisation in their field and nominated for awards in this team, is seeking a highly organised and efficient Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of various internal procedures and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the key point of contact for managing the Enquiries Mailbox, ensuring efficient stock management.
  • Update user details and ensure appropriate access and permissions for all account holders.
  • Process and manage queries related to stock orders, building strong relationships with the Account Manager to address any issues promptly.
  • Support the Meeting process by creating invitations, certificates, slide decks, and tracking meeting progress.
  • Build strong relationships with external companies to address system and process issues.
  • Provide diary management, meeting arrangement support, SAP support, and other ad hoc duties as required.

Profile:

  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks while retaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in administration with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Accurate data processing and maintenance skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
