We are seeking a Senior Associate/Principal Associate with expertise in sports law to join our client's team.
The role involves advising on regulatory issues, contractual matters, image rights, and handling media and entertainment work. You will also work with leagues and governing bodies on corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply in-depth sports law knowledge to reach commercial solutions.
- Participate in regulatory disputes and conduct international and domestic dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation in various courts and tribunals.
- Handle media and entertainment law matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Significant experience in sports law, ideally with media and entertainment expertise.
- Strong regulatory and dispute resolution background from a leading law firm or in-house team.
- Ability to generate new business and leads; existing client following is a plus.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of financial documents.
- Excellent IT literacy, including advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills.
- Drive, commitment, and attention to detail.
