We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast based and dynamic business based in Bury St Edmunds, with hybrid working available.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling month end accounting processes
- Providing effective narrative to ensure the key financial information and balances can be interpreted correctly
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Responsible for the delivery of high-quality reports, information and commentary
- Providing timely responses to queries received relating to month end processes
- Supporting the external audit process
- Carrying out ad-hoc analysis to deliver key operational and management information
Key skills:
- Qualified by experience, newly qualified or close to completing a relevant professional accounting qualification, CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
- Able to meet deadlines, prioritise workload and deliver high quality financial information
- Professional in demeanour and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Highly motivated - able to use own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
