Personal Assistant

Posted by Bucks and Berks Recruitment.

Exciting and rare opportunity to join a small tight-knit team of three run by a composer working within the film and TV industry, alongside various freelancers.

Our client is looking for a dedicated PA to support them with both work and personal tasks. You will have the opportunity to work on new TV and film productions and be an integral part of supporting the delivery of the bespoke music that accompanies them, as well as helping the composer manage day-to-day life.

We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail, superb communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure, able to multitask across multiple projects, who enjoys working in a busy and fulfilling role!

The role is full time (35 hours per week) and office based (in High Wycombe) with some degree of flexibility. Occasional weekend or evening working may be required but time off will be given in lieu.

We are open to candidates from PA backgrounds or those with transferable skills. What's most important is the person - their work ethic, attention to detail, attitude and personality. A keen interest in music, TV and film would be a bonus too!

  • Calm and adaptable manner as schedules and workload change quickly and frequently
  • Professional and highly personable as the role requires this candidate to liaise with many people outside of the company
  • Team player
  • Self-starter and proactive in anticipating tasks
