- Requirement for multi-skilled tradesmen to start work for a public sector organisation carrying out maintenance on social housing
- You will be responsible for gas plumbing, general repairs, kitchen fitting & bathroom fitting on void properties.
- Long-term contract with the potential to become permanent
- Previous experience carrying out similar works required.
- Gas plumbing bias, so you must have relevant qualifications (NVQs/City & Guilds)
- As well as your core trade, you must be competent at completing other basic repairs/maintenance.
- 37 hour working week Monday - Friday,
- On tools and transport preferred (Van can be provided)
What you'll get in return
- You will receive a generous rate of up to £26 per hour Umbrella, a 12-week contract with the potential for extension or permanence and the chance to work for a friendly and supportive team.
