Join a highly successful company and help lead the paid media vision. The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based near Ashford, Kent. Hybrid working is available with a requirement of working 3 days a week onsite.

The role - to bring the best in PPC knowledge, skills, and practices to the teams. You will be responsible for managing and optimising clients' paid campaigns across various platforms including Google and Meta, as well as campaigns on LinkedIn and Microsoft. You will form close relationships with the Account Management team, and discover the challenges their clients face, helping the teams to map out a PPC solution to achieve success. While the role does not involve direct management of people, you will be up for training them in what they should be doing, quality assuring the work, and leading them in developing best practices.

The Paid Lead will be required to do the following:

  • Help drive the skills growth of a team providing PPC solutions for local, national, and international clients
  • Ensuring adherence to best practice, and developing your own skills to keep them at the top of the PPC game
  • Working closely with the Account Teams to identify opportunities for client growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, PPC best practices, and platform updates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals

The successful Paid Lead should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns for a wide variety of businesses
  • Experience working in both Paid Search and Paid Social
  • Excellent technical skills in the application of PPC
  • Certified professional with experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major platforms
  • Proven ability to deliver successful lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
  • Deep dive analysis to develop data-driven paid search & social strategies aligned with client goals
  • Implements innovative processes and automations for continuous improvement
  • Can build and train high-performing paid advertising teams
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, project management, and time management skills

The Paid Lead will be rewarded with a salary of £30-37,000, pro-rata, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
