As a Quality Assurance Manager, your responsibilities will extend beyond software testing to encompass the entire business process. You will be instrumental in creating and executing comprehensive audit plans for business processes, delivery lifecycle processes, and group IT processes. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legislative and standard processes, documenting non-conformances, assessing root causes, and managing action plans to resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting a Quality Assurance plan for the business
- Executing audit plans and ensuring adherence to agreed processes
- Leading the test function to develop automated test scripts based on acceptance criteria
- Creating strategies for testing new functionalities within the sprint process
To be successful you will likely have:
- A well-rounded knowledge of Quality Assurance and compliance
- A good understanding of software testing best practice
- Excellent communication skills
