What You Will Do:
- Work closely with an existing team, reporting directly to the Process Delivery Manager.
- Handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and all related legal requests, ensuring compliance and timely response.
- Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally, to a variety of stakeholders.
- Support team members as an effective team player, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize digital tools such as Microsoft e-discovery for efficient data management and analysis.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in Compliance, particularly with DSARs and Informal Requests.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast paced HR Direct environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively and manage stakeholders.
- Experience in using digital tools for data analysis, e.g., Microsoft e-discovery.
- Project Management experience, including planning and risk management, is highly desirable.
