This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful business in a business development role where you will focus on identifying and building relationships with potential clients, through both warm and cold leads, and manage the flow of potential new business engagement. This is not a 'hard sales' role, this role supports senior sales individuals in terms of following up on leads and ensuring a flow of potential new business for them to engage with.
You will be an excellent communicator and well organised, someone familiar with using and managing a CRM effectively, and be confident to contact potential clients via phone, email and social media routes like LinkedIn. Someone who is capable of supporting presentations and proposals to new clients, and is switched on commercially.
Key Areas of the Role:
- Identifying and building new client relationships
- Understanding customer needs and trends
- Creating presentations and proposals for new clients
- Assisting with onboarding the new clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Building relationships via phone, Teams, email, LinkedIn
- Strong systems and CRM ability
The ideal candidate will have strong sales and marketing experience, be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, very well organised, and good with systems.
