HR Consultant (Recruitment)

£20 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract ( 4 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Consultant in Nottingham. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Proactively work to attract, source and recruit Children's Social Workers and associated roles
- Provide comprehensive and timely advice and guidance on recruitment and talent management approaches
- Support the design of executive level resourcing activities, attracting the widest and most appropriate potential pool of applicants
- Collaborate with Departmental HR Consultants and Advisors to integrate an approach to resourcing, including workforce planning
- Where applicable, support the Senior HR Consultant in reviewing, developing and implementing recruitment policy
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Previous experience working in a local government setting is desirable
- CIPD qualification or equivalent, or equivalent experience is essential
