Role Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls promptly, taking clear and accurate messages
  • Greeting visitors warmly and ensuring they feel welcome, including offering refreshments
  • Preparing the office for internal and external meetings, ensuring it is well-presented and ready
  • Managing kitchen and office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked
  • Assisting with document production, e-filing, photocopying, scanning, and other admin tasks
  • Organising couriers, sending letters, and handling post
  • Supporting the smooth and safe running of the office, including health and safety tasks
  • Option to receive fire warden and first aider training
