You will work alongside 10 other lawyers, gaining invaluable experience in this practice.

Matters you will advise on and assist clients with as a Contentious Probate Solicitor, include:
- Estate disputes including domicile
- Will validity challenges
- Inheritance Act 1975 claims
- TLATA disputes
- Professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts or tax advice
- Contested Court of Protection
