Hays Marketing Reading are pleased to be working with a local SaaS business who are looking for a senior marketing executive to join their internal team. Based out of their central Reading office two days a week and reporting to the Head Of Marketing this is a mixed marketing position that would suit someone with 3 years+ experience who is looking for a successful growing business.
The Role
Content Creation: Collaborate with the wider team to create engaging and relevant content, including social posts, blog posts, and case studies that resonate with our target audience.
Social Media Management: Drive our organic and paid social media strategy, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
Event Management: Assist in managing participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to develop materials that support sales efforts, including presentations, flyers, and brochures.
The Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification within a marketing capacity.
- 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally as a senior marketing executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and traditional marketing methods.
- Demonstrable experience in managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing for blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
