Business Travel Account Manager. Leading Manchester based provider of corporate travel solutions for the Entertainment Industry is seeking a relationship guru to nurture their accounts. As a specialist business travel company you will account manage not only for businesses but also for the film & music industry, giving you accounts with a difference! Join this well-established company using your previous experience in Account Manager for a Corporate Travel Company. This amazing opportunity comes with a super competitive starting salary dependent on experience (in the region of £40k - £45k pa dependent on experience), plus benefits! This is a hybrid role with offices in Manchester city centre.

The role in a nutshell.

  • The role of Account Management is to manage the strategic commercial relationship between the company and its valued customers
  • This role is a senior position within the UK Account Management team with a responsibility to mentor and develop team members
  • The role will provide first level support to team members along with resolving any customer issues within UK Corporate
  • This will involve working closely with Operations and other internal departments to proactively establish solutions to business or customer challenges

Key Duties:

  • You will have full ownership and accountability for a dedicated portfolio of premium corporate customers
  • You will deliver all account management activities in line with the companies standards
  • You will work with the Account Manager to increase customer satisfaction across the business
  • You will support business managers in different departments to deliver objectives
  • You will Communicate with internal departments to streamline processes with the ultimate objectives of improving the customer experience and internal productivity.
  • You will have ownership for wider UK Corporate client base and accountable for driving following metrics Profit, Retention and Growth.
  • You will work with the Account Manager Supervisor to increase customer satisfaction levels across the business. Measured through regular customer satisfaction surveys with an objective of increasing the UK Corporate NPS.

Who are you?

  • You will have extensive TMC Account Management experience
  • You will have knowledge of key client market (Professional Services, Financial and Entertainment)
  • You will be salesforce competent
  • You will have a proven record of understanding company business and values, successful client management and high client satisfaction
