Our client is an innovative provider of Fuel Cell Technologies and Hydrogen hardware systems, including the design, build, and supply of proprietary refuelling systems
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the existing internal sales team, sales support and Business Development Managers to provide a comprehensive service to our customers.
This role is responsible for driving sales and growth of the Fuel Cell Products division where you will focus on converting new sales from new, existing and lapsed clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage Customer Accounts and Build Strong Relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide accurate product information and timely support to customers
- Process orders accurately and efficiently from quotation to completion
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with other team members
- Maintain accurate records on CRM System
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience working in a outbound sales focused role
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
