A Top 10 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Global Mobility Tax Manager to join their team in either London or Reading
The Global Mobility team support and advise a wide variety of businesses, among many different industries from start-ups, mid-market organisations, public sector bodies to large corporations.
As a Global Mobility Manager, your role will include a mix of delivering advice and managing compliance, as well as people management, and being involved in business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the successful delivery of advisory projects using a commercial approach
- Running day to day aspects of UK tax and social security compliance programs
- Co-ordinating UK headquartered global mobility programmes
- Develop new business externally, whilst identifying opportunities to expand on existing client work
- Acting as people manager to more junior staff
- Continuously seek process improvements
You will be ATT and/or CTA qualified and be able to demonstrate experience as a Manager in a Global Mobility Tax team. Ideally you'll have experience working with "middle market" clients, and running multiple engagements at any one time. It will be beneficial to have people management experience, have a commercial mindset, and be risk aware.
The business operates a flexible working policy and the role can be located out of either London or Reading.
