The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Senior Project Manager will join a thriving 60-strong team in Bristol, including 12 dedicated Project Management specialists. The team is currently delivering an exciting mix of Healthcare, Education, and Higher Education projects ranging from £1m to £5m, while also engaging in a wide variety of sectors, including mixed-use, office, residential, sports, leisure, hospitality, technology, and industrial developments.

The Senior Project Manager
Will have:
- Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Experience in Education or Health sectors is ideal but not crucial
- Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field
- MRICS ideally (or MCIOB / MAPM)
- A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion RIBA 0-7 ideally
- JCT and NEC contract experience is highly desirable
