Your new company is a well-known organisation based in the heart of Swansea.

Your new role
Your new role will require you to provide a high level of confidentiality whilst offering secretarial and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include efficient diary management, organising travel arrangements, preparing agendas, collecting and arranging documents and arranging meetings for the senior management team. Your new role will require you to have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in using the Microsoft Office package. The role will also require you to be efficient with minute taking and following up on actions derived from the meeting.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst keeping a calm and enthusiastic mentality. The candidate will be reliable and presentable with exceptional IT skills and the ability to organise. You will be a proactive individual who is willing to learn.

The role offers the opportunity to showcase your PA skills within a well-known organisation on a temporary basis. The role offers a competitive premium rate of between £13.00 - £15.00. The role is temporary for a period of 12 weeks.
