Loans Administrator - up to £32,000 - Golders Green
A dynamic and growing specialist lender that provides bridging loans and development finance to individuals, investors and property developers is looking for an experienced administrator to join it's Loans team.
As Loans Administrator, you will be a key player in the Loans Operations team, directly interacting with borrowers throughout the loan process. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment with opportunities for growth within our organisation.
Key responsibilities of the Loans Administrator:
- Communicate effectively with borrowers, valuers, and internal departments.
- Track loan status
- Review documentation for compliance with lending criteria.
- Maintain accurate and organised documentation.
- Handle email correspondence professionally.
- Update Company House and Land Registry information.
- Develop systems to track loan progress.
- Support the overall growth of the business as needed.
The ideal Loans Administrator will have:
- Some experience in property and/or finance
- Strategic thinking ability.
- Organised and efficient with excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a hands-on approach.
In return, the Loans Administrator will receive from £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
