Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Harrogate, Hybrid
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000, DOE

Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new clients including processing documents and requesting company information
- Keeping the database up to date with all client information
- Checking import and export documents to ensure the goods are compliant
- Taking client calls and arranging collections including booking hauliers
- Ensuring paperwork is present and correct for international shipments
- Updating the team on any updated/changes to deliveries and collections
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- IT skills including Microsoft programs and customer databases
