We are working exclusively with a Developer expanding their Estate Management team. They are looking for a co-ordinator with Leasehold experience to support them managing the agents who are appointed across London and the South.
The Role
- Management of all managing agents in matters relating to compliance and building safety act. Ensure any other operational issues with agents or internally are raised t
- BSA checklist compliance-Ensure due diligence on behalf of the RMC at all times
- Placing and maintaining appropriate time lines for agents managing any known risks and taking appropriate action should these not be met.
- Ensure all information is prepared for handover to RMC's
- Liaison with all directors of Management Companies and internal departments where required.
- Reviewing BSA costs to the service charge budgets and ensuring these are 'fair and reasonable'
- Keeping up to date on all emerging legislation, case law, regular communications to the whole BU.

The Person
- Seeking someone with Leasehold experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of compliance of Leasehold buildings and an overview of the Building Safety Act
- ATPI qualified or seeking to complete qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Experience managing contractors external to a business
Salary
- £35,000 - £38,000 pa
Hybrid working available 2-3 days per week.
