- Salary: £52,500 per annum.
- On-Call Scheme: £2,000 per annum supplement.
- Hours of Work: 39 hours per week, typically 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Evening, night, and weekend work may be required on occasion.
4-bedded residential home, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team.
Provide care and accommodation for children and young people of mixed gender, non-binary, and within the age range of 8 to 18 years who have emotional and/or behavioural difficulties (EBD).
- Accommodates four children and young people.
- 3 young people currently.
- GOOD Ofsted rating.
- Backed by a highly experienced Deputy Manager.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations
- Ensuring the highest standards of care for our young residents.
- Managing and supporting a dedicated team of care professionals.
- Upholding our GOOD Ofsted rating through continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a residential care setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with EBD.
