Join a global, award winning cruise organisation as an Aviation Pricing Executive! Our client are experts in creating Cruise and Stay Holidays and are now looking for a highly organised individual with an understanding of airline contracts/processes and ideally, GDS experience.
You'll be responsible for ensuring cost effective and accurate pricing is provided for all packages, whilst supporting Product, Sales & Concierge with all flight related queries.

Role of Aviation Pricing Executive:
- Update all products with accurate and up to date flight pricing ensuring operational guidelines are adhered to
- Support product with product build, delivering the most competitive flights when inside system range and accurate estimates when outside of range
- Carry out regular product sweeps, validating pricing and checking the air element still works with the package
- Support and align to the Product strategy and define preferred airline partners that fit our client's global growth strategy
- Assist Concierge delivery by creating manifests, sourcing best flight options, holding flight bookings and cleansing files
- Liaise with airlines to request group seats
- Manage internal relationships with product/sales/operations and delivering on shared goals
Skills required for the role:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized with ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be reliable and flexible in approach to work
- GDS trained (preferable) on either Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre
- Experience of working in the travel industry
