As an Appointment Setter, you will be required to
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services.
- Answering any questions customers may have
- Ask the right questions to understand the customer's requirements and needs
- Entering and updating spreadsheets with information
- Take process orders
- Make bookings for the sales team to go out and meet with customers
Experience / Skillset required for this role
- Previous experience in a telesales role or customer service role.
- Good knowledge of different computer systems including CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and able to objection handle
