Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working alongside this experienced Civil Engineering Contractor in recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. They are a leading player in the industry in the Northwest, and are family-owned SME Contractor
Reporting into the Commercial Manager and Director, you will have responsibility for being involved with, and delivering a diverse range of Civils schemes. Predominantly working on Housing schemes, you'll typically be working on: Groundworks, Foundations, Roads, Sewers, Drainage and 278 works
Typical duties will include:
- Producing CVR's and cash flow analysis
- Measurements and variations
- Valuations and payments
- Procurement
- Stakeholder Management
To be successful in your application, you must have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Civils Contractor wanting to step-up to Senior, or be an existing Senior QS looking for a new opportunity.
