Salary : £ 27,000- £30,000

Job Description
Syntech Recruitment are currently working with a client that are looking to expand their team and recruit
for this position. This is is an exciting time to join and you will be involved with the smooth running of this
crucial department, liaising with colleagues on the distribution of the products, dealing with customers and
maintaining records and orders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process new sales leads and enter accordingly in the CRM as necessary
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Creating dispatch notes on the CRM
- Supplier invoice checking
- Checking stock levels and liaising with warehouse and logistics
- Assist the sales team and sales process
- Maintaining records and delivery schedules
- Process order confirmations
- Logging in returns of goods
- Purchase orders
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of products
- Welcome visitors to the office
- General office duties and help out with other duties when required
About you
- Good people skills
- Excellent IT skills- Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and CRM
- Customer service experience
- Crisis management
- Attention to detail
- Good administrative skills
- Supplier relations
