We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's market-leading business based in the North Kent area!
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Account reconciliations
- Monitoring and rectifying all ledger accounts
- Assisting with internal and external Auditors
- Processing complex transactions
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Credit Control duties including chasing outstanding payments and reducing debtor days
- Identifying any discrepancies in accounts
- Liaising with customers and external parties
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills
- Be willing to continuously learn
- Have a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
