We are on a journey of digitalisation, impacting business wide activities with an ERP implementation and associated systems such as our CRM, HR, Order Entry and Customer Portals. We are now looking for a Technical Solutions Analyst to join our Business Systems team in a newly created role. The Business Solutions Analyst will be pivotal in identifying, designing, and delivering technical solutions for the specific business needs of departments. This role is key to our operations, requiring a strategic mind to assess internal and external customer requirements to improve processes, optimise results and suggest opportunities to deliver our organisation's goals.
Your Role:
- Use your analytical skills to produce analysis and documentation that uncover answers to both pre-set and undefined questions around company processes, policies, and operations.
- Establish and nurture relationships across the business, promoting collaboration on cross-functional projects.
- Communicate your findings and insights to key stakeholders across the organisation, driving informed decision-making.
- Elicit requirements from stakeholders by defining and delivering solutions to challenges, turning roadblocks into opportunities for growth.
- Assist in investigating company systems and processes to identify improvements, driving continuous enhancement of our operations.
- Play a supportive role in the delivery of technical projects to the wider business, ensuring our technological advancements are effectively implemented.
- Produce detailed documentation including mapping business processes, data infrastructure and functional requirements specifications for projects.
- Translate commercial objectives into technical specifications for the Technology team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technological capabilities.
- Maintain the integrity and security of company systems and data.
Who We Need:
- A professional in business analysis, with a good knowledge of business process and the ability to document required changes
- A high level of numeracy and the ability to apply analytical techniques
- An understanding of relational databases and reporting software
- An adept communicator who is focussed on collaborative success
