What You Will Do:
- Manage and enhance Tableau Programme Metrics dashboards with strict monthly cadence including benchmark and trend analysis.
- Create and refine KPIs and Tableau Dashboards to improve data reporting.
- Analyse complex data to support discussions at all levels of the business.
- Drive process improvement and change management in data analytical practices.
- Work independently, taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven expertise as a Tableau Specialist with strong IT and Excel skills.
- Significant experience in Data Analytics and visualisation.
- Background in change management or process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- A technical degree (e.g., IT, Engineering, or Science).
- Experience working in a cloud environment with GCP Python programming experience (highly desirable).
