I am partnering with an excellent company seeking a temp to perm Finance Manager to join their growing finance team.
Core aspects of the role include:
tial duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Provision of timely, useful and accurate management information in order to successfully achieve group goals including monthly management accounts, FAR schedules for the hire business, stock reports etc; consolidation of overseas subsidiaries
- Assist in preparation of further month-end analysis reporting including preparation of capex reporting
- Processing credit card statement, obtaining full reconciliations and accruing for unprocessed credit cards
- Reconciliations between ERP systems and accounting records
- Assist in meeting compliance requirements, including VAT, CT, pension (nest);
- Assist in the year-end audit for all group companies;
- Assist with daily bank reconciliations daily for all group companies
- Review daily bank balances for all group companies and provide cashflow forecasts where appropriate
- Update Fixed Assets registers monthly for all group companies
- Assist with the implementation of any new accounting system where deemed necessary and appropriate
- Assist in the monthly payroll for all UK companies
