Description
- Ensuring the firm's compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership and training on complex conflicts issues.
- Creating and implementing robust risk management strategies.
- Advise on ethical conduct issues and provide support to the COLP.
- Advise fee-earners on terms of engagement.
- Review and negotiate contracts with the firm's own suppliers alongside the Procurement team.
- Advising on risk and compliance matters across the firm.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of industry developments and changes in SRA legislation.
- Working collaboratively with the legal team to manage risk.
- Reviewing and updating the firm's compliance policies and procedures.
