SF Recruitment are working with a great business in Burton upon Trent to recruit for a Finance Assistant on a fixed-term contract of 12 months. The purpose of this contract is for maternity cover, so we are looking for candidates who can be made readily available, either immediately or on short notices. This role is part time 24 hours per week, which would ideally be split over 3 days, however we are open to conversation on some flexibility.
Duties:
-Processing of employee expenses
-Processing of supplier invoices
-General coding of purchase orders
-Communicating any queries to relevant departments to ensure efficient resolution
-Preparation of payments
-Monthly account reconciliations
