The Role - Administrator

Based at our office in Nantwich, your duties will primarily involve providing administrative support for the contract work we undertake at client sites, and your responsibilities will include, although will not be limited to:

  • Updating and maintaining the clients Maximo database daily, including managing all responsive and planned maintenance jobs, and reviewing before issuing to Engineers
  • Liaising with managers, subcontractors and suppliers and raising purchase orders as requested.
  • Data entry of accounts and job specific data onto Sage system
  • Assisting with the administration of the ISO Quality, H&S and Environmental standards
  • Scheduling of statutory testing of equipment
  • Administering and scheduling vehicle servicing, MOTs and taxation
  • Answering the phone and directing callers
  • Assembling O&M Manuals for completed project work
  • Carrying out general administrative duties as directed
  • Carry out any other duties that are within your skillset and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

Our Requirements - Administrator

  • Proven experience gained within an office administration role
  • Successful candidate must pass BPSS Clearance due to working with highly sensitive software
  • IT literate, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel including with VLOOKUPs etc.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Accurate and timely data entry and typing skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn, with a 'can-do' and flexible attitude towards tasks
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

  • Permanent contract, working full time hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • Salary up to £24,000 with the level dependent on experience
